Here I am talking with an AT&T service representative, whom I called directly as I could not get through on the 800 number, which I explain to her. She did not have a problem with my having called her and she said she would help me with all the aspects of my phone and listing problems discussed here. (She did not correct the listing problem, however— that did not happen for 5 weeks, and it was corrected by Rod Aguilar at that time, November 20, 1998.)
