A Comcastic phone number: A Billion dollar problem for the "New AT&T"

Through this webpage, I am asking the FBI to determine that the phone number that received service through cable pair 1118 is my phone number 925-462-5093.

The phone number that received phone service through cable pair 1118 is a "Comcastic" phone number. It is my phone number (925-462-5093). It currently receives service through Comcast, and the service is excellent.

Getting the State and/or Federal Goverment to acknowledge it is my phone number is the only thing standing between me, and recoverying losses as a result of the phone companies decisions to cover up the use of defective phone lines instead of repairing the phone lines.

I am a offering a $10,000 reward to first person who can get the State and/or Federal Government to acknowledge it is my phone number, with a few stipulations, that the State of California and/or the Federal Government, follow the Rule of law, and put the attorney, who told the State of California it wasn't my number, in prison for perjury, obstruction of justice and/or committing a fraud against the State of California.

When my "Comcastic" phone number received service through the company now known as the "New AT&T", service was terrible. The phone company committed frauds to conceal the problems. A log of defective cable pairs (obtained through photography) proved that cable pair 1118 was known to be defective since 1992, and was never repaired.

From 1992 through September 4, 2001, cable pair 1118 has been found to be defective on at least eight occasions (June 3, 1992; December 31,1996; Sept17, 1997; January 31, 1998; Feb. 11, 1998; Feb. 18,1998; March 2, 1998; and Sept. 4, 2001. There is no evidence it has ever been repaired.

A similar pattern of behavior occurred on my business phone lines. They were known to be defective, and the phone company committed a series of frauds to conceal the problems.

It is only through photography, that I have been able to document that cable pair 1118 was known to be defective, and that cable pair 1118 provided service to me. Cable 1118 is the smoking gun that corroborates that my business phone lines were also defective for years, and never repaired (until after I filed a Formal Complaint).

In a Formal Complaint I filed through the California Public Utilities Commission, demanding, among other things, that the phone company repair my business phone lines, phone company Attorney, Stephanie Krapf, committed perjury, and told the State of California that the phone number for cable pair 1118 has the last five digits of "85093", and that it is not my phone number. She also told the State of California that cable pair 1118 never provided service to me. During the Formal Complaint, phone company employees (including Attorneys) committed over 20 acts of perjury to conceal violations to public utility laws.

The events that led up to Stephanie Krapf committing perjury have caused the company, now known as the "New AT&T," to lose billions of dollars in market share to Comcast. The fact is, AT&T lost over half of its market share on Woodthrush Ct, because AT&T has a defective infrastructure, and executives are cooking the books to conceal problems.

As a result of the phone company committing over 20 acts of perjury to get the Complaint Dismissed, my business fax line (925-846-3642) keeps failing. At times, my business cannot receive incoming faxes. Technicians did "repair" the phone line in May 2006, October 2006, and July 2007, but the problems will continue because the cable is wet. According to Don McCarty, an expert in phone repair, the only acceptable repair is to replace the wet section.

Comcast does not offer business phone service, so I have to continue to run a business through the "New AT&T's" defective phone lines. This has gone on for over 11 years, when deregulation began.

If the State of California were to acknowledge the "Comcastic" phone number was my phone number, the State of California would be legally obligated to fine the "New AT&T" as much as $200,000,000 (two hundred million) for violating public utility laws since 1996, and committing frauds to conceal the violations. The money would go to the California State General Fund.

Ironically, if the CPUC were to acknowledge the phone number was mine, the "New AT&T" could save billions of dollars by fixing the problems that caused so many people to switch to Comcast

So far, nobody at the California Public Utilities Commission will acknowledge that the phone number is mine, and this has caused the "New AT&T" to continue losing billions of dollars in market share to Comcast. In what could be another "WorldCom" type of disaster, the shareholders and the marketing department are completely unaware of the problems in the infrastructure that has caused so many people to switch to Comcast -- Not just for phone service, but also for internet service, and television service.

Unfortunately, my attempts to contact upper management has resulted in AT&T claiming I am threatening, dangerous, and annoying. One phone company executive, who had offered me $2000 in 1996 and again in 1997, even created documents claiming I threatened to kill him, while at the same time, claiming there was nothing wrong with the phone lines. He is now president of AT&T Mexico. The phone number proves his claims that I threatened to kill him are fraudulent, as are his claims that there was nothing wrong with the phone lines.

Through this webpage, I am asking the FBI to prove the "Comcastic" phone number is mine (925-462-5093), and to file criminal charges against the phone company employees who committed perjury to conceal problems that have been on my phone lines since 1996.
