Seems sort of reasonable at first glance, doesn't it. They admit some of the problems. And it even seems they might be able to fix some of them—

But what is this?... "Answer supervision" may not always disconnect? Overbilling may be ongoing problem? Yes, indeed it was! Mr. Miller does not seem to have a plan for dealing with this. Do I just go on paying for the extra time connected? I guess so!

As an update: this problem is still ongoing. As of September 15, 2000, my phone numbers have been made unlisted or incorrect a total of 32 times that I have been able to determine!
