This letter is basically nothing but a paraphrase of the one I had received from Nancy Rodrigues on 8-9-99, without any inquiry or thought on these matters, nor comparison to my allegations and proofs, as far as I can tell.

In the second paragraph he refers to directory listing "disputes." There is nothing disputable about the directory listing errors. They are a continuing fact.

I asked him if AT&T is disputing whether my numbers became unlisted or incorrect, and he said, "I don't know. I'll have to go back into your record and see what was meant by that."
